While the state of California and much of the country is now open without restriction, the COVID-19 virus has not disappeared. In fact, the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases and concerns about the new Delta variant have been all over the news.
In response, we’ve re-visited our COVID-19 precautions to ensure we’re continuing to do everything we can to keep both our team members and the community as a whole as safe as possible. We want you to know that we’ve taken extensive measures to provide a clean and safe environment and to help prevent the further spread of COVID-19 in our beloved community.
Current State and Local Guidelines
In addition to our own in-house precautions, we’re also committed to following all current national, state, and local COVID-19 safety guidelines. As such, we recommend wearing a mask while indoors. Even if you’re fully vaccinated, there’s always a possibility you could come into contact with someone who is too young to receive the vaccine, is immunocompromised, or who may have other health issues.
When visiting The Haus, please be considerate. We request that you put on a mask before entering our facility and keep it on the entire time you’re inside. You can feel confident that all of our employees will do the same.
While we understand the urgency that may come with necessary vehicle repairs, we also ask that you reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell or believe you may have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19. We’ve also instructed all of our employees to notify us immediately of illnesses or exposure and to stay home if they are not feeling well.
What to Expect When Visiting The Haus
We know that even in these uncertain times, you still may have vehicle service or repair needs. To give you extra peace of mind, we’re continuing to provide safe, easy ways for you to receive our services. Here’s what you can expect when you bring your vehicle to The Haus.
We have decided to keep our waiting area closed at this time. To limit our employee’s exposure to the public, we ask that you refrain from entering our facility unless you are dropping off or picking up your vehicle and to leave as soon as you are done.
- Customers bringing their vehicles in for drop-off or pick-up are asked to thoroughly wash their hands upon arrival. In addition, you’re welcome to wear the disposable rubber gloves we have provided.
- When waiting to sign paperwork, please stand at least three feet back from our counter until you’re called.
- As much as possible, please avoid touching any shared surfaces.
- When picking up or dropping off your vehicle, please arrive alone if possible. If not, consider asking anyone with you to wait outside.
We’re currently accepting credit card payments over the phone. When coming to pick up your vehicle, please call us at least 15 minutes prior to your arrival. This will allow us to have both your vehicle and your paperwork ready to go.
In an effort to keep our facility as clean and sanitary as possible, we’ve committed to wiping down all surfaces with bleach every hour and each time a customer leaves.
Please give us a call to discuss your service or repair needs before bringing your vehicle in. This will allow us to ensure we only have one customer in our facility at a time and that we have everything ready for you when you arrive.
We have also updated our operating hours. We’re now open Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm and are only seeing customers by appointment.
To schedule a service or maintenance appointment, use our convenient online booking form or give us a call at 855-572-6464. We still have two convenient locations to serve you and will do our best to provide an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.
Our Ongoing Commitment to You
We all have to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community. If we come together, we will get through this. In the meantime, we’re committed to keeping a close eye on new developments and continuing to follow the guidelines and recommendations issued by the scientific community and our national, state, and local government officials.
We appreciate your cooperation, support, and loyalty during this challenging time. It’s times like this that our community has a chance to come together and truly shine. If you know of a way we can serve our local community, please reach out to us with your requests. We’ll do our best to support our valued customers as we all work hard to overcome these challenges.
Above all, we want you to know we appreciate you and plan to be here to serve you for many years to come.
